Our catching at the MLB level is a weakness… when Ford was acquired- felt like he would be ready to plug in when needed. But that doesn’t seem to be the case. Any thoughts if we should expect the status quo or if a call up from the minors could be coming?
Consensus seems to be no earlier than roughly 20 days into the season to gain another year of control by delaying free agency. After that, depends on his performance and development.
